I attended another glorious September Wedding which was held in Northamptonshire. The lovely couple had chosen to get married at St Luke’s Church, Duston. This lovely church dates back to 12 century as a place of worship for Augustinian Monks. The surprisingly large grounds it sits in offers great photo opportunities, and a lovely walk to and from the church for the happy couple.
Bridal preparations started early with bacon rolls and champagne, as the bridal party relaxed whilst they had their hair & make-up done, and was picked up in a fab 1960 VW Campervan – Wilson, supplied by Pear Tree Weddings and transported to St Lukes to meet her groom.
The wedding breakfast (afternoon tea) & evening reception (Hog Roast) was held at Hunsbury Hill Centre, which is a little gem in a beautiful setting overlooking the Nene Valley.
As the sun went down, we was all treated to a beautiful sunset to end just a lovely day.x
